Cancellation requests can be raised before dispatch from the Wayfinder desk.

Article I — Before dispatch

Request cancellation or address amendment via Wayfinder before courier handoff. Prepaid amounts refund within 5–7 business days once confirmed.

Article II — After dispatch

Once a parcel leaves the hearth, cancellation is not available. Refer to Packet Remedy for delivery issues.

Article III — Partial recalls

Individual lines cannot be removed from a confirmed stamp. Cancel the whole order before dispatch and place a revised order.
